Returns and Refunds
We have a strict no-refund policy. All clocks sold on the website are tested and are in perfect working condition before shipment. They are safely packed and shipped with shipping insurance and the carrier is liable for the package if damages occurs during the delivery process.
If you have been delivered a damaged clock, please contact the carrier immediately referring to the waybill or shipping number. 

Warranty (if applicable)
We only repair items if they are defective within the offered 3 months warranty. If a problem appears, send us an email at marius.clockdoc@gmail.com 

Exchanges
Exchanges are possible only if you send the clock in the original condition you have received it. Shipping fees are paid by the customer and they are not considered in the exchange value. You are free to choose one of our offered clocks and exchange it. You will have to pay the price difference if there is any and the following shipping costs to your address. After you have shipped a clock to our address: 2537 Asima Dr, London, ON N6M 0B4, Canada, you should send us the tracking number to marius.clockdoc@gmail.com 

Shipping
Our products are shipped within 2-3 Days using the following carrier: Canada Post. To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2537 Asima Dr, London, ON N6M 0B4, Canada. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. . Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
